We are writing to commend Grand Building & Remodeling of El Mirage, AZ for the very fine work they have recently completed in constructing an addition to our home. John Martinez, Jr. our contractor, along with his very efficient, neat and courteous workmen and office staff have been a real pleasure to work with. We can honestly say that we have not encountered any problems in working with Grand Building Remodeling. John, his workmen, and staff have responded to our requests for minor changes and/or corrections with courtesy and prompt responses. We are very well satisfied with the work they have done in such an efficient manner. John called us every evening to let us know what his workmen would be doing the following day and the approximate time we could expect them to arrive. John checked daily on the work being done and made corrections when necessary. We should add that our neighbors have commented on the fine job being done along the way. They made note of the fact that the workmen cleaned up the work area as well as possible at the end of each day. Our neighbors are pleased with the results of the job well done.
