Grand Building was one of several that were contacted to bid on the construction of a flat roof patio cover on our home. They were chosen in part because of their reputation and then the straight forward assessment of what our project would include. The project was broken down into several parts so that I could understand the scope of work and the expense and time-frame. John Martinez is very easy to work with. The people that are employed by him were very polite and pleasant. I expressed the hope that the work site would be kept as clean as possible at the end of the day as this is something that particularly “bugs” me. This was taken care of every day. Because of the way the original job was handled I chose to re-stucco the house, paint, and have a small wall built and the facade of the house changed. John was more than helpful in making the choices and I have been very satisfied with the results. The total project has been “inspected” by several and everyone agrees it was well done. Their office staff was always helpful, putting me in contact with John anytime there was a question that they could not give me the answer to. The staff was always current on my project and the financing was always handled in a very professional way. Each evening I was contacted with information about what would take place the next day. I was given times and the scope of work to be done. Because of my satisfaction with Grand Building, I am scheduling a renovation of my inside living space.
