Grand designed and constructed a computer room addition to our 1994 home in Sun City West. The new addition blends beautifully with the original style of the home. We were impressed with the professionalism and the depth of knowledge demonstrated by John, the owner, and his employees. Grand remodeling has lengthy experience with home construction in Sun City West which was instrumental in determining an accurate estimate for our project. After soliciting several estimates, Grand gave the best price for our remodel. They were accurate with the timelines set which told us when the project would begin and when it would be complete. Building supplies were ordered in advance thereby creating an uninterrupted work schedule. We were also impressed with the regular communication provided. Each day of our project we received a call informing us of work plans for the next day. All the on the job workers were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable in their particular craft. Regular supervision of employees work insured a quality job. The work site was cleaned at the end of each day.
